バイリンガル礼拝 Bilingual Worship Service
毎週日曜日の10時30分 Every Sunday at 10:30AM
クリスチャンもクリスチャンでない方も、誰でも大歓迎です。礼拝所要時間は約1時間半です。私たちの願いは、皆さんがこのコミュニティに安心して加わり、神の愛について知り、共に聖書から学び、自由に質問できると感じていただけることです。ぜひ毎週の礼拝にご参加ください！
Whether you are a Christian or non-Christian, everyone is welcome! The worship service lasts about 1 hour and 30 minutes. Our hope is that you would feel welcome to join our community, to hear about God's love for you, to learn from the Bible together, and even ask questions. We hope you’ll join us each week!

What happens at a worship service?
お出迎え Welcoming
礼拝の前に、入り口で出迎え、歓迎し、名札が手渡されます。到着した瞬間から歓迎されていると感じていただければ幸いです！礼拝が始まる前に他の方々と交流したり、ご自由に席にお着き頂いても構いません。初めて参加される方は、出迎えの者にその旨をお伝えください。喜んでお話しし、ご質問に答え、ご案内いたします。
Before the worship service, you will be greeted at the door, welcomed, and given a name tag. We hope that you feel welcome from the moment that you arrive! If you would like, this is a great time to meet others or you are free to make your way to a seat before the service begins. If this is your first time, please let the greeter know and they would love to meet you, answer any questions, and provide any guidance.
賛美 Worship
私たちは毎週、神を賛美する歌を歌い、共に聖書を読みます。これは、神の偉大さと、神が私たちに対して持っておられる愛への応答として、神に栄光を帰すために行います。賛美は通常、英語と日本語の両方で歌われる。賛美中は歌詞と訳詞をご覧いただけます。来てくださる方はどなたでも、一緒に神を賛美しましょう。クリスチャンでない方は、歌に参加せずに聴くだけでも結構です。
Every week we sing songs of praise to God and read scripture together. We do this to bring glory to God in response to how great he is and the love that he has for us. The songs are usually sung in both English and Japanese. The lyrics and the translations are provided as we sing. Everyone who comes is welcome to join us in singing praises to God. If you are not a Christian you are also welcome to take in the songs without participating in the singing if you prefer.
聖書学び Bible Study
礼拝の中でとても大切な時間として、聖書からのメッセージ（説教）があります。まず聖書箇所を一緒に読み、その箇所から神様が私たちに語っておられる良い知らせ（福音）や、日々の生活に役立つ教えを聞きます。メッセージは日本語と英語のバイリンガルで行われ、同時通訳もありますので、どなたでも安心して聞いていただけます。聖書にあまり馴染みのない方にもわかりやすく語られますので、ぜひお気軽にご参加ください。ご質問がある方のために、礼拝後に毎週クラスを開催しています。ぜひそちらもご参加ください。
The very important part of our Sunday worship service is the message (sermon) from the Bible. We begin by reading a passage together, and then listen to a message that shares the good news (the gospel) and practical teachings for our daily lives. The message is delivered bilingually in both Japanese and English, with live interpretation provided, so anyone can follow along comfortably. Even if you're not familiar with the Bible, the message is shared in a clear way. So please don’t hesitate to join. If you have questions, we offer a class every week after the service that you’re welcome to join.
主の晩餐 Lord’s Supper
主の晩餐は、私たちの罪が赦されるために、イエス様がはらって払ってくださった犠牲、クリスチャンが共に覚える時です。イエス・キリストを、自分の主、そして救い主として受け入れ、バプテスマ（洗礼）を受けた信者のためのものです。
The Lord’s Supper is a time when Christians remember together the sacrifice Jesus made for the forgiveness of our sins. The Lord’s Supper is for baptized believers who have accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior.
キッズクラス Kids Class
MUSTARD SEED クリスチャン教会は、子どもたちを愛し、その家族も愛しています。毎週日曜日の礼拝中に、子どもたちが学んだり遊んだりするための、安全で楽しい子どものクラスを行っています。こどもたちはゲームやクラフト、歌などを通して、神さまによってつくられて愛されていることを学びます。このクラスは日本語の先生と英語の先生が教えるので、子どもたちはバイリンガルで学ぶことができます。
At Mustard Seed Christian Church, we love kids and their families. We have special classes for children during the service, where kids can learn and play in a fun and safe environment. Through games, crafts, songs, and other activities, children will learn about how God made them and loves them. Kids' Classes are lead by both Japanese and English speaking volunteers, so your child can learn in a bilingual environment.
ファーストステップ First Steps
毎週の礼拝後には、『ファーストステップ』という本を使って、キリスト教の基礎を一から学べるクラスを開いています。日本語と英語のどちらで学ぶかを選ぶことができます。キリスト教や聖書についての質問にもお答えしますので、興味のある方はぜひお気軽にご参加ください。参加は無料です。
After every Sunday service, we offer a class where you can learn the basics of Christianity using a book called First Steps. You can choose to join either the Japanese or English version of the class. It’s also a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have about Christianity or the Bible. If you’re interested, we’d love for you to join us. The class is free of charge.
交わりFellowship
クリスチャン教会ほど、深く有意義な人間関係を築くのに適した場所はありません。礼拝の後、多くの人々が教会で一緒に過ごし、お互いを知り、一緒に食事をし、一緒に時間を過ごします。
礼拝の後に残っていただく必要はありませんが、他の方と交流したり、他のイベントに参加することを歓迎します。
There is no better place in the world to build deep, meaningful relationships that in a Christian church. After the worship service many people spend time together in our church building, getting to know each other, eating together, and spending time together.
While there is no requirement to stay after the service has ended, we hope you will feel welcome to stay and meet others or join one of our other events.
