子どもたちのためのミニストリーで、様々な年齢層のグループや礼拝の時間帯に奉仕します。このミニストリーで奉仕する前に、子どもの安全に関するトレーニングと面談が必要です。

Help serve in our children’s ministry with various age groups and worship times. Child safety training and interview will be required prior to serving within this ministry area.

子どもたちとの経験に応じて、教室のメイン講師を務めたり、他の講師のアシスタントをすることができます。授業は日本語と英語で行います。奉仕する前に、授業のカリキュラムをお渡ししますので、授業の各パートが順を追って分かるようになっています。授業内容や読み物はすべてカリキュラムに含まれているか、あるいは事前に用意させていただきます。奉仕のレベルは、あなたの霊的なバックグラウンドに応じて決められます。

Depending on your experience working with children, you could serve as a main classroom teacher, or assist other teachers in the classroom. Classes are taught in both Japanese and English. Prior to your serving time, you will receive a class curriculum, which will take you step-by step through each part of the class time. All teaching content and reading materials will be included in your curriculum or prepared for you in advance. Depending on your spiritual background, different levels of serving will be decided. 

リトルキッズクラス（1〜5歳）| Little Kid's Class (1-5 years old)

• このクラスは礼拝中に行われます。子どもたちが神様について学ぶことを助けながら、楽しく安全な環境を作ってください。必要な教材はすべて奉仕前に教室に準備されています。その日のクラスにいる子どもたちの年齢によっては、教えるというより一緒に遊ぶ時間が多くなる場合もあります。

• This class takes place during the service. Help engage young children in learning about God while creating a fun, safe environment. All materials will be provided for you in the classroom before serving. This role can sometimes be more playing than teaching, depending on the ages that are in the classroom that day. 

ビッグキッズクラス（6〜14歳） | Big Kid's Class (6-14 years old)

• このクラスは礼拝後に行われます。小学生と中学生の生徒たちと一緒に、説教の内容を振り返り、要点を確認し、質問に答えるサポートをします。また、毎週一緒に読む教理問答もあります。礼拝の説教を聞いていれば、このクラスを導くことができます。日本語・英語の教師、どちらも必要です！

• This class takes place after the service. You will help debrief the sermon message with the elementary and middle school students, reviewing the main point and answering any questions. There is also a weekly catechism they read together. As long as you are present for the sermon, you will be able to lead this class. Japanese or English speaking teachers are both needed!

ユースグループは、毎月最終金曜日の午後6時から9時まで行われています。夕食が用意されており、食事を共にし、ゲームを楽しみ、ワーシップを歌い、聖書やクリスチャンの本を学ぶ時間があります。ボランティアとしては、小グループを導いたり、ただ一緒に参加してユースと交流したりできます。学生たちと関係を築き、信仰を励ます素晴らしい機会です。準備や経験は一切必要ありません。

Youth Group meets on the last Friday of every month from 6:00–9:00 PM. Dinner is provided, and the evening includes eating together, playing games, singing worship, and doing a Bible or book study. As a volunteer, you can help lead a small group or simply join in and hang out with the youth. It’s a great opportunity to build relationships and encourage students in their faith. No preparation or prior experience is required.

日曜日の朝の礼拝で、バンドのボーカリストまたは楽器奏者として奉仕します。どんな経験レベルの方でも大歓迎です！賛美チームとして奉仕するなら、MSCC仙台のメンバーである必要があります。奉仕する場合、日曜日の午前 9 時 15 分に礼拝の練習が行われます。

Serve as a vocalist or instrumentalist in the band during Sunday morning worship. Various experience levels are welcome! To serve as a worship team member, you must be a member of MSCC Sendai. When serving, worship practice will take place at 9:15 AM on Sunday mornings. 

礼拝の説教を通訳します。日本語に通訳するために、礼拝の数週間前に詳細な英文原稿が送られてきますので、それを翻訳します。その後、牧師と面談し、疑問点や問題点を話し合い、内容に間違いがないかを確認します。日曜日の朝、礼拝で通訳をします。ほとんどの場合、翻訳した原稿を読みますが、時にはリアルタイムの通訳が必要な場合もあります。

Help translate the sermon/teaching part of the service. A fully detailed English manuscript would be sent to you to translate weeks before the service for you to translate into Japanese. Afterward, you would meet with the teaching pastor to discuss any questions/issues and ensure the content is correct. On Sunday morning, you would translate at the service. Most of this will be read from your translated script, but occasional real-time translation may be needed. 

教会に来る人たちが建物に入るときに、魅力的で歓迎されるような経験ができるようサポートします。グリーティング場所は、建物の外、3F 正面玄関のドアの脇にあります。参加者からの質問に答えられるように事前にトレーニングも行われます。日本語話せる人も英語話せる人もどちらも大歓迎です！

Help create an inviting and welcoming experience for church attendees as they enter the building. Greeting stations are outside the building and by the 3F doors. Training will be provided before serving to help you prepare for any additional questions you may receive while serving at these stations. Japanese or English speakers are both needed!

日曜日の礼拝の集まりの様々なA/Vや制作を手伝う。

Serve in various A/V and production needs for Sunday worship gatherings.

スライド | Slides

• 礼拝の集まりやアウトリーチイベントで上映されるスライドの進行管理を手伝います。これには、賛美、説教、アナウンスメント、一般告知のループスライドが含まれます。この役割には、スライド作成のスキルは必要ありません。

• Help manage progression of slides shown during worship gatherings or outreach events – this may include: worship songs, teaching slides, announcement slides, general announcement loop slides. No slide creation skills are needed for this role. 

オーディオ | Audio

• 日曜礼拝やその他のイベントにおいて、賛美バンド、スピーカー、牧師、アナウンスチームのオーディオのバランス管理を手伝います。A/Vの経験があると良いですが、この分野で奉仕するのに必須ではありません。

• Help assist with balancing and managing audio levels for worship band, speakers, teaching pastors, and announcement team throughout Sunday worship gathering or at other events. Some A/V experience is helpful, but not required to serve in this area.

安全かつ有用な環境で、個人と一緒にファーストステップのクラスをリードします。この奉仕をするには、MSCC仙台の教会員であり、すでにファーストステップを学んでいる必要があります。クラスは日本語と英語の両方で行われるため、日本語と英語のどちらか、あるいは両方話せる方が必要です。奉仕する前に、ディスカッションをどのようにリードするか、また、内容に関する質問について、その人をサポートできるように、トレーニングが提供されます。

Serve in leading First Steps class with individuals in a safe and helpful environment. To serve in this role, you must be a member of MSCC Sendai and have gone through the First Steps at another time. Classes are offered in both Japanese and English, so both Japanese and/or English speakers are needed. Prior to serving, training will be provided to help you prepare for how to lead discussions and best assist the individual with any questions they may have about the content.
