教会のメンバーシップって何？
What is church membership?

教会のメンバーシップとは、同じ地域に集うクリスチャンたちが、弟子訓練を通して、キリストに従う歩みを共に支え合い、イエス様に従いながら、互いに、そして教会のリーダーたちに対しても謙遜に仕えることを約束する関係です。以下の条件を満たす人はMSCC仙台のメンバーになれます：

  • 神の子イエス・キリストの死と復活を信じる信仰を持っている人。

  • 父と子と聖霊の御名によって浸礼のバプテスマを受けたことのある人。

  • 信仰告白文に同意し、この教会のメンバーシップ誓約に従うことを約束する人。

教会のメンバーシップに関心のある方は、レオまたはジョシュアまでお声がけください。

Church membership is an agreement among local Christians to oversee one another’s discipleship to Christ within a church congregation, submitting to Jesus, one another, and church leaders. Membership at MSCC Sendai is open to anyone who:

  • Has faith in the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ, the Son of God

  • Has been baptized as a believer by immersion in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit

  • Agrees with the Statement of Faith and commits to abide by the Membership Covenant
